Interior Painting

A. Quality surface preparation and application including the following:

a. All furniture and other heavy objects will be moved and/or covered.
b. All floors and carpets are covered as needed with drop cloths.
c. All holes will be patched and spot primed.
d. All joints i.e. at baseboards, doorjambs, windows, and crown molding will be caulked.
e. All switch plates and other fixtures will be removed as advisable.
f. All door and/or window hardware will be removed for painting and reinstalled after painting is complete.
g. All water and other stains will be sealed to prevent bleeding through the new finish coats.

Most interior applications are brush and roll, no spraying. (Some surfaces require spraying such as popcorn ceilings, louvered doors and some cabinetry.)

a. 2 coats of quality Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paints on all walls and ceilings. (flat,eggshell or satin finishes)
b. 1 or 2 coats of quality Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paints on all trim, doors and other woodwork. (oil based or latex semi gloss)
c. Labeling, dating, and leaving with the customer ample touch-up paint in the original containers.
